How do I obtain a user account for the portal?

Government users, rating authorities and authorised valuers contracted to Valuer General NSW can obtain login access to the portal.

I have forgotten my password, how do I request a new one?

To reset your password, click the link on the login page of this website, enter your username and a reset password link will be emailed to you.

I can't remember my username, how do I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your username, please contact us on valuation.portal@property.nsw.gov.au or Valuer General NSW contact directly.

My account is locked, who do I contact to unlock it?

If you have entered the incorrect details more than three times your account will be locked. To unlock your account please contact us on valuation.portal@property.nsw.gov.au or Valuer General NSW contact directly.

What products and services are available on the portal?

A user account is required to access other products and services provided by Valuer General NSW. User accounts are available for NSW government agencies, councils, contract valuers and other customers with an agreement with Valuer General NSW. What operating system do I need to support the portal?

Operating systems (i.e. Windows, Mac OS) are the software that allows your computer to run and perform basic functions.

This portal relies on some of the features of the newer operating systems (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X) to run its applications.

How do I lodge an objection?

The online objection facility allows you to lodge an objection if you are not satisfied with the land value or property description recorded on your notice of valuation or land tax assessment notice.
